These meditations are transmitted by me, Ayna, in my voice. They are somatic meaning that they will invite you to notice what you feel and to orient to the felt sense. They support a coming home to the body and building a relationship with it. They are here to support your belonging to yourself and to the moment as it is. I will periodically add new ones here. Say Hello to You

This 13 minute somatic meditation is the basic somatic practice that allows you to drop all the shoulds, coulds, agendas and timelines and really arrive into the now by saying hello to the version of you that exists right here, right now. Who are you in this moment? How are you in this moment? No judgements, no plans, just curiosity and presence to the truth.

Playing with the Edge of Capacity

A big part of building resilience is allowing systems to be tested and stretched. Building nervous system capacity sometimes reflects this in our work to stay present with the discomfort, with the pain, and to choose to stay conscious to it for just a bit longer than we are accustomed. This is what stretches us in sustainable ways and allows us to expand our capacity for all of life.
